Affiliated is one of the first companies in the industry to obtain ISO certification (since December 1996 in Canada and August 1997 in the United States)and one of the few brokers to have maintained it to date. When the ISO standard was first established in the mid-1990s, we took the opportunity to re-enforce our commitment to quality and to get official recognition by obtaining an ISO certificate. Our procedures give a precise description of the work that must be done in order to obtain the desired results, while keeping the necessary flexibility to enable our employees to implement corrective measures swiftly. Our quality control system puts a great deal of emphasis on measures designed to prevent errors and guarantee our clients' satisfaction.

What is the ISO 9001 Standard ?

It's a quality standard established within the framework of the ISO 9000 series, by the International Organization for Standardization. This process allows for the uniformity of the standards of norms used by different countries.

Effective solutions

One of the essential aspects of the ISO system is to continually monitor how every task is being accomplished. That is how solutions can be found, in order to obtain the same results with regularity and effectiveness. By acquiring such an internationally recognized system, Affiliated is giving itself an additional tool to increase the competence and productivity of its staff.

Maintaining ISO certification

ISO certification must be maintained and completely renewed every three years. Maintaining the Standard is therefore an ongoing process in evolution. That is why constant improvement must remain the certified company's principal goal.
